The price you'll actually pay
True Total Cost adds mandatory fees and estimated utilities to the advertised rent, per person, and flags any fee the sticker price leaves out.
Photos you can trust
Listing photos come from Google Places and Street View, with attribution. Student photos are labelled as student photos. No stock imagery: a listing with no photos says so.
Reviews that aren't bought
Review rewards depend on how complete a review is, never on its star rating. Fees reported in audited reviews feed back into the cost estimate.
Your data stays yours
Identity and income details live in an encrypted vault. They are unlocked only for an application you send, and every access is logged.
